Who may use the CORE7 Index
To draft: Eligibility and minimum age. The Youth vertical is scored for under-18 participants, so this section has to settle whether a minor contracts directly or whether a parent or guardian accepts on their behalf, and how that consent is captured and recorded.
Your account
To draft: Account creation through our identity provider, accuracy of the information you give us, responsibility for activity under your account, and how either side closes an account.
What the CORE7 Index provides
To draft: A description of the scan and the Initial Insights Report as a reflection tool. This section must line up with the Report Disclaimer and must not promise a clinical, diagnostic or predictive result.
Payment, credits and refunds
To draft: Pricing at the point of purchase, what a credit entitles you to and whether credits expire, subscription billing and cancellation for practitioners, and the refund position once a scan has been started or a report generated.
Working with a CORE7 Trusted Guide
To draft: The relationship between a participant, a CORE7 Trusted Guide and CORE7 Partners. This section needs to state plainly that a CORE7 Trusted Guide is an independent practitioner rather than an employee or agent, who is responsible for the coaching engagement, what a CORE7 Trusted Guide may see of a participant's results, and how a participant withdraws that access.
Acceptable use
To draft: Prohibited conduct, including sharing account access, reselling or redistributing reports, scraping, and attempting to re-identify individuals from aggregate group reporting.
Intellectual property
To draft: Our ownership of the instrument, the scoring model and the report templates, set against your ownership of your own responses. State the licence we take to process responses in order to produce a report and to keep anonymized data for aggregate reporting and instrument validation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To draft: Carry over the substance of the Report Disclaimer, then set the warranty disclaimer, the liability cap and any excluded damages. Given health-adjacent content this needs particular care.
Changes to these terms
To draft: How we notify you of a revision and how re-consent works. Each consent record is stamped with a version string, so this section should describe what happens when the version changes for someone who already has an account.
Governing law and disputes
To draft: Governing law, venue, and whether disputes go to arbitration. Needs an owner decision before counsel drafts.
